General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions of sale define the obligations and commitments between MANYVE and its customers for any order placed on the website.

Seller Identification

The company MANYVE, SAS with a capital of €10,000, registered with the Versailles Trade and Companies Register under number 803 961 903, with its registered office at 21 route de Houdan, 78113 Bourdonné, France.

Represented by its Chairman and CEO, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.

The Client refers to any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.manyve.com.

Article 1: Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between the Client and the Seller as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase on the site.

The Client must be at least 18 years old to order certain products and have the necessary legal capacity to enter into a contract.

Article 2: Product Description

Products are presented on the website with the utmost care. Photographs are indicative and may show presentation suggestions.

Article 3: Price

No prices are displayed directly on the website. The Client submits a quote request to MANYVE.

If the quote is accepted, the Seller will issue an invoice corresponding to the validated request.

The Client pays their invoice upon order, according to the conditions specified on the invoice.

The amounts mentioned on the invoice are expressed in euros including all taxes (TTC), according to the VAT in force at the time of quote acceptance.

Article 4: Order Process

The Client submits a quote request via the website or by direct contact with MANYVE.

The Seller studies the request and sends a quote corresponding to the expressed need. The quote specifies the products, any services, deadlines, and invoicing conditions.

The quote must be expressly accepted by the Client. After acceptance, the Seller issues an invoice conforming to the approved quote.

The Client pays the invoice at the time of order, according to the terms indicated on the invoice.

Confirmation of the order and payment is sent by email and constitutes proof of the transaction.

International Orders: An export license may be required. The processing time for this administrative formality, independent of MANYVE, cannot be determined in advance.

Article 5: Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the Client when ordering. Any delay or error due to the information provided is the responsibility of the Client.

Article 6: Liability

The Seller may be exempt from liability in case of fault by the Client, a third party, or force majeure.

The Seller's liability cannot be engaged in case of inappropriate or illicit use of the products.

Article 7: Warranty

Products benefit from the legal warranty provided by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

In case of non-conformity, the product must be returned to the Seller for exchange, return, or refund.

Article 8: Intellectual Property

All elements of the website and the content offered are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or distribution is prohibited without authorization.

Article 9: Personal Data

Client personal data is processed in accordance with current regulations. The Client has a right to access, modify, rectify, and delete their data.

Article 10: Right of Withdrawal

The Client has a period of fourteen days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for exceptions provided by law.

The request must be sent to sav@manyve.com specifying the order number.

Article 11: Waiver and Tolerance

No tolerance or waiver by either Party constitutes a modification of these conditions.

Article 12: Entirety

These general conditions constitute the entirety of the obligations between the Parties and replace any other prior agreement.

Article 13: Partial Nullity

If a clause is deemed invalid, the other clauses remain in force.

Article 14: Applicable Law

These general conditions are subject to French law. In case of dispute, a prior formal notice by registered letter will be sent before any action.
